We have been using MotelMate at our 2 motels for over 8 years now and have found it very easy to train new staff on several occasions. The ability to move booking end dates or to quickly upgrade a guest to a different room type by sliding a booking on the grid view is awesome. I find the group booking function amazing to provide quick quotes and at the same time reserve date blocks of the rooms required. My favourite part of MotelMate is the Auto send, pre and post stay guest email function. This ensures solid communication with our guests. With easy to build templates, I create content and arrange delivery time as required. The support from Nui software is reliable and only a phone call away. MotelMate is a cost effective, robust PMS and our preferred software partner to administrate our businesses efficiently.

I have been using MoteMate for the last 6 years in my Motel in Whangarei.
I find it very easy to use and it integrates well with my Channel Management System.
With MotelMate now being in the cloud it helps me as well while I am away and have minders looking after the place. I can see at a glance what is happening at the motel. I can also help the minders out if they are having any problems with it.
I do not use the accounting features at the moment because they do not integrate with my accounting programme but have spoken to others that just love the feature.
I do like the reporting features the MotelMate offers me. Being able to compare 3 years of revenue and also being able to compare last year against the current year is also helpful.
I would recommend this program to anyone looking at changing systems as it is so easy to use and learn.
We switched reservation systems to MotelMate coming up for 3 years ago now and have never looked back. Motel Mate is very simple and intuitive to use, our entire team here picked it up with very little training needed. We love that it can be customised to your business easily, from tiny boutique motel, to large motel and hotels and holiday parks. There is seamless integration with Staah and on the few occasions there has been an issue the team is very responsive and gets the problem fixed, quickly.
Features we love are the grid display – we can see at a glance who is checked in, how many arrivals that day, if a booking is confirmed or requires some action, and the upcoming weeks’ availability. We also use the reporting daily, from printing housekeeping lists to finance reports with just a few clicks, this saves a lot of time using programmes like excel and word.
When going away most motel minders have experience with MotelMate and so can just jump in and pick up where we left off, with very little handover.
